Performances 2009
2009 was an eventful yet stable year in Britney's career. Britney followed the release of her #1 album, 'Circus' with one of the year's top grossing tours with her world wide 'Circus' tour. Once again, Britney seemed to find a stable relationship she has needed and craved in long time friend and manager, Jason Trawick.

Performances 2008
By 2008, Britney was on the road to recovery starting with one of two guest appearances on the TV Show "How I Met Your Mother". Britney spent most of 2008 dedicated to improving both mentally and physically, while recording her album Circus. Her appearance at the 2008 MTV VMA awards confirmed her efforts throughout the year. By the end of 2008, Britney gradually worked her way back to performing. The photos in this album reflect Britney's progression in 2008. One of the most important and courageous events being her MTV documentary "For The Record" which aired on November 29, 2008.

Performances 2007
Britney took an over due and well deserved break from performing during this era. After her marriage to Kevin Federline in September of 2004, Britney gave birth to two precious boys. Britney's fans had an awareness of the changes in Britney's personal life and career, but never imagined the dark road she was facing. Britney started 2007 with an unexplainable House of Blues mini-tour with a small group of female dancers booked by the name M+M's. The most shocking performance of Britney's career was soon to follow. Britney fans eagerly awaited for another iconic VMA opening. We flocked to the fansites and forums ready to celebrate but was left empty and in disbelief as we watched her less than stellar 2007 VMA performance.

Performances 2004
2004 was a pivotal point in Britney's career. After the release of "In The Zone", Britney followed with the Onyx Hotel Tour. Britney's fans had mixed emotions with her new music, but she also developed an older fan base with her 'adult' music. Fans have expressed that ITZ is Britney's most genuine and reflective music to date, but also wonder if the lyrics foreshadowed the turbulence she would soon experience. Although Britney remained at the top of her career and maintained a demanding schedule, it was evident she was craving a different direction with her life. Her tour came to an abrupt halt with a knee injury that required surgery. Britney married Kevin Federline near the end of 2004, appearing to have found the happiness she craved.
