Britney Spears has posted a new statement on her website dismissing accusations of sexual harassment by a former bodyguard.

Fernando Flores, who worked on the singer’s security detail, sued Spears on Wednesday claiming sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. His lawsuit says Spears repeatedly exposed herself to him and that he witnessed her punish her two young sons with his belt and act inappropriately in front of them.

Brit’s ex, Kevin Federline, has sided with Britney. His attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan told AP that Federline took the allegations seriously, but is “satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives. They are as baseless as they seem.”

Now Britney’s site says the following

“This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself. The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores’ accusations and have closed the case without any further action. Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts.”

   what is wrong with this person?she did not do anything to this sick person.it it seems like everywhere she goes and everything that she does,they can’t leave her alone.This so clalled mr flores needs an ass whipping!he should be put in jail for making up lies.It seems like everyone is trying to take advantage of her.this is why hollywood is so sick because it’s people like mr flores who lie on ms.spears to make a name for themselves.

   I agree with you, it’s horrible that someone would try to make up such cruel accusations about someone just to try to get some money out of them. We also had a post back on July 19th with the same man trying to say she abused her children…I guess he tried to go the “sexual harassment” route now. Hopefully he won’t try to bring up any future allegations since that one was dismissed and this one most likely will be too.
